Squamish Airport Day and Fly-In returns Aug. 26-27. Pilots are encouraged to fly in on Saturday and enjoy a barbecue at Glacier Air before hearing an interesting presentation on Aviation Medical and Human Factors by Philippe Souvestre, MD, CEA Neuroscience, CES Aerospace Med. Camping is available and there are plenty of hotels in Squamish. Sunday the airport is open to the public with displays and demonstrations along with the Lions pancake breakfast. Weather will be great all weekend.
