The Borden Flying Club, COPA Flight 84 is a non-profit corporation based at the Edenvale Aerodrome – CNV8.

Federally incorporated in 1958 as the Centralia Flying Club, the BFC changed its name after relocating to CFB Borden in 1967. In the fall of 2004 the club moved to Lake Simcoe Regional Airport (CNB9) following Base Borden’s decision to close the aerodrome and in March 2007 the club moved to its current home at Edenvale Aerodrome. The Borden Flying Club is open to everyone.

The primary objective of the CAAA is to promote safety and education amongst its participating members. The CAAA works with federal and provincial government agencies to design policies that are fair and equitable and, above all, that protect both rural customers and urban dwellers. The CAAA advises regulatory agencies on matters pertaining to the safe and efficient aerial application of pesticides and other crop inputs.

The CBHC preserves and presents exhibits, artifacts and educational programs about Bush Planes, Bush Flying and Forest Protection.

Manitoba Blue Skies Flying Club Inc. is based at Lyncrest Airport, near Winnipeg Manitoba. The purpose of this flying club is to provide new pilots with an affordable aircraft to stay current and build hours. The aircraft is provided at low cost, in return, new pilots bring camaraderie and synergy to the flying community, as well as promote and preserve the infrastructure required for a strong future in grass roots aviation.

The Abbotsford Flying Club (AFC) promotes general aviation by providing its members with a friendly and fun aviation-oriented environment and encouraging them to remain active in the flying community.

The club actively supports and participates in the Abbotsford Airshow.  The club also supports the local community though events such as AFC’s First Flights for Kids where children are given their first taste of flight in a small airplane.

The Civil Air Search and Rescue Association (CASARA), is a Canada-wide volunteer aviation association dedicated to providing air search support services in downed aircraft, recently more humanitarian efforts, and promotes Canada’s Search and Rescue Program across Canada.
